Who we are
This website is operated by AAN12 LLC, a Florida limited liability company. AAN12 helps people and families explore recovery support and learn about our developing initiatives.
What we collect
When you use one of our forms, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, city or state, organization information, and any free text you choose to share. Different forms ask for different details, and optional fields can be left blank.
Messages entered in the AAN12 Guide chat are processed in real time to provide a response, but AAN12 does not store the chat transcript in its database. A short conversation history may remain in your browser for the current session. We also collect basic usage analytics that we run ourselves, such as page visits and whether important site actions were used. We do not use third party advertising trackers.
Why we use information
We use the information you send to read your request, follow up personally, connect you with relevant information, operate the website, and understand how the site can be improved. We do not sell personal information.
Who processes information
Information may be processed by the services that help us operate the site, including Lovable Cloud and Supabase for hosting and data storage, and the AI gateway used by the support guide and chat. An email provider may process contact details once notification emails are enabled. These providers process information only to provide services to AAN12.
Health information and HIPAA
Please do not submit medical records or detailed health information. AAN12 will not use anything you share to diagnose you, provide treatment, or make clinical decisions. AAN12 is not a HIPAA covered entity, and this website is not a medical record system.
How long we keep information
We keep submitted information until follow up is complete or until you ask us to delete it, unless we must retain it for a legal or security reason.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@aan12.com. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it.
